• ChartSnap is a mobile application that provides AI-powered analysis of financial charts
• The application is intended for users aged 18 and above only
• All analyses provided are for informational purposes and do not constitute investment advice
• Users agree to use the application for legal purposes only

2. Account Terms

• You are responsible for your account security
• We reserve the right to protect your account in case of suspicious activity
• You are obligated to keep your account information current and accurate

3. Content Rules

• Users must not upload illegal or harmful content
• Respect the rights of other users
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms

4. Intellectual Property

• All rights to the application and its content belong to ChartSnap
• Users do not have the right to copy, modify, or distribute the content

• Deleted data includes: analyses, profile information, settings, and preferences
• After account deletion, your data cannot be recovered
• Upon termination, your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy

• We will notify users of significant changes
• Continuing to use the application after changes are published means you accept the new terms

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

Regarding our subscription services and in-app purchases:

• Payment information is securely processed through the Apple App Store
• We do not store credit card data or payment details
• Subscription status is used to enable premium features
• You can manage your subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Auto-renewal can be turned off after purchase by going to your Account Settings

9. Subscriptions and Purchases

The following terms apply to subscription services and in-app purchases:

• Premium features are available through in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Subscription prices are clearly displayed before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
• Subscription price changes will be notified to users in advance
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription services at any time
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not directly by our application
