Memsy is published by bix-app.com ("we", "us"). Memsy is designed to work without an account and to keep your data on your device. This policy explains what little we process, why, and your rights.

1. Data we do not collect

• No account, name, e-mail address or phone number is required or collected.
• No advertising networks, no ad tracking, no selling or sharing of personal data for advertising.
• No analytics SDKs that profile you.

2. Data stored on your device

Your settings (native language, topics, daily goal, widget style), your learning progress, and any word lists you import are stored only on your device, in the app's private storage shared with its widgets. They are never uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Memsy Premium is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. To verify your subscription and restore it on a new device, we use RevenueCat, a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID generated on your device, your App Store purchase receipt and transaction identifiers, the app version and device type, and your country or locale as reported by the App Store. This data is used only to check whether Premium is active, to restore purchases, and to detect refunds or cancellations. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

4. Diagnostic information

If you choose to share crash reports with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may send us anonymised crash logs. They contain no personal data and are used only to fix bugs.

5. Legal basis and retention

Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK applies, we process purchase data because it is necessary to provide the subscription you bought (performance of a contract) and to comply with our legal obligations. Purchase records are kept for as long as your subscription can still be restored and as required by tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export the data associated with your anonymous ID, or object to its processing. Because we cannot identify you from the anonymous ID alone, please contact us from the device you use with Memsy so we can locate it. You can also cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

7. Children

Memsy is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. International transfers

RevenueCat and Apple may process data in the United States and other countries. They do so under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

3. Satın almalar ve abonelikler

Memsy Premium, Apple App Store üzerinden satılır. Ödemeyi Apple işler; ödeme bilgilerini hiçbir zaman görmeyiz. Aboneliğini doğrulamak ve yeni bir cihazda geri yüklemek için bir abonelik yönetim hizmeti olan RevenueCat'i kullanırız. 4. Tanılama bilgileri

iOS ayarlarında çökme raporlarını geliştiricilerle paylaşmayı seçtiysen Apple bize anonimleştirilmiş çökme kayıtları gönderebilir. Kişisel veri içermez; yalnızca hataları düzeltmek için kullanılır.

5. Hukuki dayanak ve saklama

KVKK, GDPR veya UK GDPR'ın uygulandığı durumlarda satın alma verilerini, satın aldığın aboneliği sağlamak (sözleşmenin ifası) ve yasal yükümlülüklerimize uymak için işleriz. Satın alma kayıtları, aboneliğin geri yüklenebildiği süre boyunca ve vergi/muhasebe mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre kadar saklanır.

6. Hakların

Anonim kimliğinle ilişkili verilere erişim, düzeltme, silme veya aktarma talep edebilir, işlenmesine itiraz edebilirsin. Anonim kimlikten seni tek başına tanıyamadığımız için lütfen Memsy'yi kullandığın cihazdan bize ulaş. Aboneliğini istediğin zaman App Store hesap ayarlarından iptal edebilirsin.

7. Çocuklar

Memsy 13 yaş altı (veya ülkendeki yasal yaş altı) çocuklara yönelik değildir; onlardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız.

8. Yurt dışına aktarım

RevenueCat ve Apple verileri ABD ve diğer ülkelerde işleyebilir. Bunu standart sözleşme maddeleri gibi uygun güvencelerle yaparlar.

9. Değişiklikler

Uygulama geliştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Üstteki tarih güncel sürümü gösterir; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada veya bu sayfada duyurulur.
