These terms govern your use of the Memsy iOS app and its widgets ("Memsy"), published by bix-app.com ("we", "us"). By installing or using Memsy you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, these terms prevail to the extent permitted.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Memsy on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app or its word database.

2. Free plan and Memsy Premium

The free plan includes one new word a day from the Daily Life topic. Memsy Premium unlocks more words every day, all topics and importing your own word lists. Premium is an auto-renewable subscription available monthly or yearly; the yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Content

Memsy's word lists, translations and example sentences are provided for learning purposes. We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that every entry is error-free. Words you import remain yours; you are responsible for having the right to use them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Memsy in any way that breaks the law, interferes with the service, or attempts to bypass purchase verification.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept it. If a change materially reduces what Premium offers, you may cancel and the paid period remains in effect.

6. Disclaimer and liability

Memsy is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

Bu koşullar, bix-app.com ("biz") tarafından yayımlanan Memsy iOS uygulaması ve widget'larının ("Memsy") kullanımını düzenler. Memsy'yi yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Apple'ın standart Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir; çelişme halinde, izin verilen ölçüde bu koşullar önceliklidir.

1. Lisans

Sana, App Store kullanım kurallarının izin verdiği şekilde, sahip olduğun veya kontrol ettiğin Apple cihazlarında Memsy'yi kullanman için kişisel, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulamayı veya kelime veritabanını kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik yapamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsın.

2. Ücretsiz plan ve Memsy Premium

Ücretsiz plan, Günlük Hayat konusundan günde bir yeni kelime içerir. Memsy Premium her gün daha fazla kelime, tüm konular ve kendi kelime listelerini içe aktarma özelliklerini açar. Premium, aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir; yıllık plan yeni aboneler için 3 günlük ücretsiz denemeyle başlar.

• Ücret, satın almayı onayladığında Apple ID hesabından tahsil edilir. Fiyatlar uygulamada yerel para biriminde gösterilir ve bölgeye göre değişebilir.
• Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
• Aboneliği App Store hesap ayarlarından (Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler) yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsin. İptal gelecekteki yenilemeleri durdurur; ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar Premium devam eder.
• Ücretsiz denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur.
• İadeler App Store politikaları kapsamında Apple tarafından yapılır; doğrudan iade yapamayız.

3. İçerik

Memsy'nin kelime listeleri, çevirileri ve örnek cümleleri öğrenme amaçlıdır. Doğru tutmak için çalışırız ancak her kaydın hatasız olduğunu garanti etmeyiz. İçe aktardığın kelimeler sana aittir; kullanım hakkına sahip olmak senin sorumluluğundadır.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Memsy'yi yasalara aykırı biçimde, hizmeti aksatacak şekilde veya satın alma doğrulamasını atlatmaya çalışarak kullanma.

5. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler

Özellikleri güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya kaldırabilir; bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Üstteki tarih güncel sürümü gösterir; değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmek kabul anlamına gelir. Bir değişiklik Premium'un sunduklarını önemli ölçüde azaltırsa iptal edebilirsin; ödenen dönem geçerli kalır.

6. Sorumluluk reddi ve sınırı

Memsy "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde tüm garantileri hariç tutarız ve dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda Premium için bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Buradaki hiçbir hüküm, zorunlu mevzuattan doğan tüketici haklarını sınırlamaz.

7. Gizlilik

Verileri nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

8. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullara, yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu tüketici koruma kuralları saklı kalmak üzere Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır.
